Daniel Rampinelli Polastri is a Head of Operations at Revelo with over 14 years of experience in the technology industry. He is a Computer Engineer specializing in Object Oriented Development and holds an MBA in Project Management. Daniel is an expert in Agile Methodologies and has soft skills in team leadership, process mapping, optimization, and creating innovative solutions that add value to the business. At Revelo, Daniel manages a team of over 200 software engineers allocated to clients. He is responsible for managing the engineer's experience, including onboarding, payroll, retention, and benefits process, maintaining the eNPS above 75. He has defined the team's scope, created the process to control KPIs, negotiated with benefit providers, and hired the correct people for the challenge. Previously, Daniel worked at Kroton as a Process Coordinator, where he coordinated the development and implementation of technology projects for academic operation in 1400 face-to-face support units in the distance learning modality of the university. He used agile methodologies in the project and team management, following the LEAN principles of value flow mapping and waste reduction, working as a team in building solutions. He also did data modeling and ETL for making KPIs based on the company's different databases. Daniel has worked in national and international projects in recruitment and staffing management, education, retail, logistics, industry, and e-commerce. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and has expertise in ETL. Daniel is a customer-focused individual who has maintained the CSAT and NPS indicators at high levels during his tenure as the Customer Experience Team Lead at Revelo. Daniel's educational background includes an MBA in Project Management from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná, a Specialization in Object-Oriented Development from UniCesumar, and a Graduation in Computer Engineering from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná.
